A replacement or full refund will be given on faulty goods returned within 2 weeks of purchase and with the original till receipt given at time of purchase
We also refund on any item that is no longer required, providing it is returned to us within 4 weeks of purchase in a saleable condition and with the original till receipt.
Refunds for any item or items can be refunded by one of the following methds; Paypal, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Cash. (Note. Paypal refunds are only made up to 60 days from purchase).
Return Postage/delivery costs are non refundable.
An order placed with The Miniature Scene of York can be cancelled at any time. Any deposit paid in advance on the order will be refunded in full.
Please note that UK and EU customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any order for a full refund including any P&P originally charged if the entire order is returned within 7 days of receipt.

Any item being returned by post because it is faulty or damaged must be securely and safetly packaged in suitable packaging for the type of goods being returned and accompanied by the original sales receipt issued at the time of purchase
Any item that is being returned because it is not required, for what ever reason, must be returned in its original packaging unopened, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt issued at the time of purchase
On receipt of the returned goods, they will be checked and a refund will be issued according to the customers preference.
